This is my second day as a non-smoker.

Smoked for 20 years, quit yesterday. Was done because of the fact that it sort of controlled my life and patterns.
I literally been a smoker since I was 14 years old, so I can't wait to experience life without.

Feels weird, but also feels like a fresh start.

Congratulations! It is hard but worthwhile. I stopped in 2008 after a similar length of time as smoker. Enjoy the freedom from the need.

I recall the first two weeks being hardest. Incessant urges after going cold turkey. No nicotine supplements either. After that it eased up and around a month it became easy.

Thank you so much! How long did it take you to break free from those cravings? Over 40 hours in and damn it's heavy.
