How important is it for a Senior Product Designer to be great at interaction design on tools like Principle and ProPie? Honestly, I have spent most of my career at fast-moving organizations that didn’t have time for that level of execution.

FWIW: that level of specialization I've seen, but mostly in FAANG type companies. Other giant companies don't value that level of polish and smaller/startups don't really have the time unless it's a founder skill and priority.
