Dragging my sleepy ass to physical therapy this morning… who wants an 8 AM PT appointment anyway? Must be why they were the only options left when I called to schedule my appointments here in Hawaii.

Ha ha ha… what is it they say about physical therapy? The PT stands for Pain & Torture? Good news is the evaluation has me on track for my range of motion milestones, and this week, we’re “relaxing” on Oahu, so I can do my three sets of exercises, extension stretches, cold compressions… it only takes 8 hours or so per day. As long as I’m back to 90% at 90 days… 🤙🏼💙🐢
