Lots of reminders about sunrise… I managed to make it there on Saturday, but after a late night dinner and drive back to my hotel, I may have slept through sunrise yesterday.

I do believe @kbphoto went hiking, and earned a beautiful sunrise photo from the top of Mount Jo.

Sunrises are always difficult for me, but always worth the (very very few) shots I get 😉

I woke up at 4:30 AM, and knew it was too early to get up. Rolled over and it was 6:15 AM, which was too late to park and start the hike to the top of Mount Jo (the parking lot there is filled up long before 6 AM), but I did get up and drive over there, confirm the parking lot was full, and then picked out a spot on the side of a foggy road, and waited a few hours, shooting the changing conditions, and eventually a pair of deer too. 🤙🏼
