Having a points system still when you already have a token is a layer of concealing the value of a given action in an ecosystem and it's kind of bullshit. Just have it directly correlate to a % of total token pool for the action(s). Change my mind

💡🦠 idea germ @ mentions as app interferences Also with token-gating (eg via @hatsprotocol) For example… -a shared account @dao_growth_guild -all growth guild members have @ mention rights -Alice (a guild member) is scrolling farcaster and sees a cast from a potential DAO partner -Alice replies to cast with “@dao_growth_guild this could be a great partner on XYZ initiative. Add <partner name> to DAO CRM and create task for Bob to conduct initial due diligence”

One counter is that hypocrisy can actually enable worse behavior. If you already have a cover story, why not go big? Here in SF we have city services nonprofits with flowery mission statements, where many of them are effectively embezzlement fronts ($1b/year from the city budget). Would they have gotten away with it as long as they have as normal for-profit contractors? Probably not.
