Trying building simple RAG over some slovakian laws (atm ~9k files and ~630k chunks). Using pg_vector, is HNSW with vector_cosine_ops good enough?

Uff man, that’ll take a while, but at least I’ll try to keep up the pace (lately I was struggling a lot with side projects, lack of motivation). If I reach something meaningful I’ll surely post something.
