It's interesting how Ethereum community contributes here. Capitalism: effective but a lot of power ends up in private hands. You want to keep these people in check, especially if they control media (X, FB) or key software (Google). Communism: not effective, but a lot of power (theoretically) ends up in the hands of the people. In practice leads to corruption, and it's hard to keep the state in check. Ethereum decentralism: could be the best of two worlds. Power over key elements (finance, social networks, messaging) would be decentralized, so more in hands of the people than in capitalism. And we add transparency to keep everyone in check.
