i like tipn but it gets quite expensive if you're like me and like a lot of casts

i would love an app that lets me pledge a fixed amount per month and divide that up among my likes at the end of the month vs real-time fixed cost tipping

i think fc/wc should embrace tipping as a native action

make it explicit and programmable

it could be usdc, eth, degen...
it could be one off or repeating
it could go fully to the cast author or be split with channel
it could come straight from my wallet, allowance, channel treasury...
