Something is up with this. I know a couple who are good quality casters  getting 3 also. 

Not sure what is up with that. May have something to do with degen involvement in the past that factors into the scoring.

yep, it's basically: good caster + good tipper = good allo

i'm a mediocre caster, but i'm tipping daily and now my rank is solid ~50 or so.
