how do you query transactions on a specific contract within a given time frame? doesn't need to be rocket-science precise, subjective clock is fine

Transactions or events? Historical, or as-they-happen? For the latter/latter, @alchemyplatform webhooks can be a convenient option: https://docs.alchemy.com/reference/address-activity-webhook
