Workout update: Monthly focus (Main Lift): Strength & Power STR: Barbell bench press (8x) PWR: Band Chest press (FAST) (6-10x) Got up to 185lb for 8x (SOLID) 🔥🔥🔥- adding the bands for power overload, really gives you the pump + a tough challenge. How was your workout?
