It's alright, you get used to it. Sleep, less stress and a health lifestyle manages to keep it in check.
After a really tricky flight (the pressure while on a plane gets to me, especially if going over mountains, and I have (heavier) ringing in my ears for a few days), I immediately ordered Bose QC 35 ii. When that ones gave out after several years (wear and tear), I immediately bought a fresh pair. They are nothing special, but a bit more on the expensive side (for me), if you're used to "budget headphones".
Sony also makes good ones (WH-1000XM4 and XM5), but the fabric on the inside of the ear cup on those kind of presses against my ears so I don't like it.
There are "better" NC headphones, but the price-quality ratio is IMO the best with mid range Bose. 1 reply
