the algo will treat you like a spammer because that looks a lot like spam

then how can I draw the attention of a certain person, for example, if I need to mention a person from the team or a developer to pay attention to any problem, and because of this I can be counted as a spammer? then the power badge function simply interrupts all posts, and few people notice them.
