what actually happens if you tag say 100 people you do know and only 50% or some other percentage engages?

the algo will treat you like a spammer because that looks a lot like spam

sorry, i misread your original post. 

if you don't know people and you tag them unnecessarily and they report you, it will be treated like spam.

if you know them and they like being tagged, it will be fine.

the post I made today with 10 of my top tippers. Is that making me look like spam???😥
