Great piece in the NYer this week on AI driven antibiotic development showcasing Halicin, one of the first AI developed antibiotics. 

The latest antibiogram (a chart showing the susceptibility of local flavor bacteria to antibiotics) had quite a few resistant bugs that previously weren’t on there. 
One of the least spoken about matters is the growth of multi-resistant bacteria globally. Nothing scares me more than XDR Tuberculosis.
