Maybe I’m regarded but I could not understand what backpack was at first glance of the homepage at all. 

Could be helpful to add a little blurb in there, you’ve already got the one about self-banking tools in the developers page

Toss that one pager in chatgippity and post it on the website instead too imo.

You’re not retarded 😂, we’re very under developed on the outward facing position. Totally agree, will be adding an intro blurb this weekend to give you more clarity as to where you’re at and why 🙏

Customers aren’t our problem so we haven’t had the luxury of needing to outwardly define ourselves better yet.
