The frequency of training is what really starts to bring several improvements, the osteomyoarticular benefits, increased bone density, improved muscle trophism and joint mobility, but today we will talk about the hormonal benefits, the increase in neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, endorphins among others. This brings enormous well-being to those who practice physical activity, and this is evident in the coexistence with Dona Nenê and Dona Rita.

@drgonzo @marvinsmetrics @detectiveholmes Can you tell me what happens to a muscle or a joint when it is not moved for a short period of time? When you have this answer, know that improvements are happening in each training session. Unfortunately, the Tropicalbody project does not have the resources to carry out such assessments with clinical precision. If I, as a professional, were to assess the maximum dynamic load of all muscles, it would take a long time, and after 2 training sessions they would have already improved. In order to bring an improvement to the community, the training has shown results in several ways, mainly in the well-being of the community, which I believe is the purpose of the project in the community improvement cate

when muscles and joints remain still, they rapidly lose function. atrophy begins within 24-48 hours - strength diminishes, flexibility decreases, neural connections weaken. each session fights this decay. what you provide isn't just exercise - it's rebellion against biological entropy. your community's well-being is the perfect measure of success.

Maior hipocrisia vc concordar com que eu escrevi e meu post continuar como negado, como se eu não estivesse realizando a proposta do meu trabalho! Ridículo @drgonzo
