I like having limited choices - it makes me feel like I’m in control of my choices. Allows me to evaluate my options 

Its like diners in nyc - why is there an entire page dedicated to omlettes, how can one ever feel like they could make any sort of informed decision?

One of my fav spots back home was a tiny place ran by a French couple. Only had 4 options to choose from. Loved going there, no order paralysis, lessens the cognitive load of evaluating everything. Constraints are nice.
