Question for my easily distracted kin: how smart are your watches?

I sport a $10 Casio watch that does exactly as little as I need it to. Imagining an Apple Watch feels like a nightmare for me but maybe useful for others?

I wear my Apple Watch for workouts then immediately take it off because of this haha. I’d love something like a Whoop that doesn’t have $30/month subscription.
