Who wants to make Decentralized Signal on XMTP into a Frame v2? 

Bring your most secure chats with you anywhere, if an app ever gets shut down in your country - get your chats anywhere else.

This makes a lot of sense. Chatting on a frame seems like a much better experience than having to download yet another app. And frames also come with notifications.
