I think CBW does 7677 for smart wallet, just not 7702 eoas yet. I should give ambire a try, I've seen people queuing txns into a batch with it (something I do a whenever I can with my safes).

Try @ambirewallet also it is the only one that supports transactions sponsorships/7677 and there are apps like @pooltogether that already utilise this
