those prices are just absurd ... the 3% fee should be the least of the customer's concern if he is ready to pay 25$ for a Mousaka !

I do worry that the path to adoption means incorporation of USDC by companies like Square (because of how entrenched they are in businesses), so the 3% ends up still there, but just going to Square instead.
