i’m taking lifting seriously for the first time in awhile and realized i’m too old not to actually consider how much protein i’m eating if i want those gains never seriously logged food before so it was just a shock how little (relatively speaking) i was eating

I’ve been serious on and off since college, but on since COVID (going to Gold’s helps since it’s the best gym). With consistency + creatine, I can maintain ~185, but I don’t do what it takes eating-wise to get to say 200+. I was just wondering what you were eating and if it feels worth the discomfort
