that part of the order feels totally reasonable imo

the exec order is suspending the need to pull certain permits when rebuilding your home

permits feel prudent if you’re trying to build something substantially different

Why do you think we should limit rebuilds to their original size?

My gut says this is silly and we should let people rebuild what they want, but curious to hear your perspective
