Great way to go 'viral', decent way to get a quick buck to seed your project, great way to transfer wealth to the most sophisticated of traders, not a great way to treat your users/believers imo.

I'm sure it also puts a lot of pressure on the team to ship more hastily than they would otherwise.

I think we should dispel with the notion that memecoin launchpads are 'fair' launches. These launches benefit those who currently dedicate their lives to 'gaming' the system, not retail traders.
