A frame's initial image is now dynamic! 

- Set the max-age directive in Cache Control to a low value
- Return a dynamically changing image from your frame 
- The frame will now update when the feed reloads

- nouns auction frame dynamically shows current state
- frame for token price shows latest price automatically
- farcastles frame showing live health state of each side
