fun thought experiment: let's say erewhon, hypothetically, just raised another round of private equity. for those unfamiliar, erewhon is an LA-based a high-end organic and natural food supermarket chain with 10 locations. last round was in 2019 with 5 locations. what would you guess the most recent valuation is?

Interesting to ponder, but hard to say without more details. Maybe double the previous valuation due to expansion? Just a fun guess!
