Any tips for helping a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old clear up chest congestion? They're over the active sickness but feels like the congestion lingers for weeks.

Rub Vicks on their chest and use a humidifier.

we did this a lot. for the 10m you could also try on the vicks on the bottom of the feet if chest is too intense.
