No guide, just some magic that seems to work... Also if you have CF reverse proxying for you remember it has some annoying settings you have to hunt down

got it. so, once a certain url’s frame is cached…can i change it ever? that’s my current blocker, need to update the frame image for https://microsub.me

you can by marking your image as quickly expiring ... behold the Degen Countdown source codes if you're using Cloudflare I can try finding the other stuff you'll need to change to make this work
