With channels changing to a community model, we should really let users onboard directly to these channels. 

If I onboard a user to /success and subsequently Warpcast, use the subscription payment to the channel as a signal to subsidize initial storage costs.

channels as standalone apps will likely make a lot of sense as the network scales - features built unique to that community

ownership + portability to other apps/communities still at the forefront

who’s building a simple way to transition a channel community to an app?

i'm kicking around some proof-of-concept tier ideas...mostly around reddit-style feeds (w/ up and down voting on both casts and comments)
