The good thing about growing out of Situational Depression is that even an uneventful ordinary day feels so much better than the any day you had had in the few months before it.

I processed the pains I was going through, lots of thinking, changing my environment, cutting ties with people from old circles who weren't healthy, learning about some spiritual ideas like the gnostic teachings, doing some guided meditation tapes and in the last phase I was already feeling much better, but I was like "I should start doing some work out after like 15 years of not moving my ass." and that was the moment I realized I am probably healed from the biggest part of the trauma I was going through. I came out as a different person and been trying to fill up the empty space of those past relationships with new friends and changing my bad behaviors. There is still a long way ahead, but I feel like I know the direction that I should take now, unlike the past where I felt totally lost in my way. For me the key was: Trust yourself more and be more intuitive.

My time coincided with being cheated on in different ways by two of the closest people to me and that hurt even more, I hope things go much more straightforward and you don't face anymore difficulties on the way to being healed! I hope you get through it soon. I know how frustrating it could be to see the days go by and you are not at your full capacity and not as productive as you were before. Writing is also a great way to go through it, write about everything, especially about those things that are hurting you. healthygamergg channel on YT was also an eye opener for me (it's a US based Doctor graduated from Harvard) to know more about depression and its phases. (Dr. Scott Eilers on YT is also another one with good videos on the subject)
