i have a few inflammation-related conditions ("seasonal" allergies that are really year-round, and digestive problems) and i caught a bug or something that caused a flare of all of my symptoms. the worst part is i wasn't able to sleep enough, but last night i slept like a baby and i feel wayyyy better now
