Yesterday we tested the very first experiment of governance participation through $NOGS.

Here is the plan and how it works👇

For now, the system allows anyone with at least 1M $NOGS to vote on Nouns props.

We launched the frame first, but here is a preview of the upcoming section in the dashboard.

Every voter will get a share of a % of the activity reward of the Nouns in the voting pool. The rest will go to Nouns owners.

The goal is to continue to push $NOGS as a way to explore dynamics and communities in the nouniverse, allowing holders to gradually find their perfect fit in the ecosystem.

I’d love to gamify the governance participation through some sorts of “Governance XP” attached to users and based on the quality and frequency of their votes.

XPs could act as a way to join more governance groups like Nouncil and more, bringing more active users into the communities of the ecosystem.
