gm! We are working on the transfer of 3.6B nogs (~21 ETH) to the DAO related to our, now interrupted, yearly mandate.

This amount came out from the 1,767,573,428 nogs from 542 Nouns and 828 Lils stored into the treasury + 1,832,426,572 nogs that have been added from our unusued assets as a way to maximize the results through the releases we have in mind across the year.

I saw there is a Base wallet that seems to be linked to the DAO:

Anybody knows if the DAO is able to interact with it?
It seems just a simple wallet so who owns the private key?

Just wanted to be sure about these things before choosing between sending the amount on this address or directly in the treasury.
