gm! Shared this plan on X if you want to have a read. https://x.com/dotnouns/status/1904659764115615757 We are working on a restart and heavy improvement of nogs to avoid the same mistakes and solve some of its flaws. It's a bit frustrating that until 2 weeks ago we were creating some of the best infrastructures in the ecosystem and now everything we do is related to some sort of scam. We always shared the possibility to use part of our presale to make a strong rebalance of the supply and increase the rewards and utilities associated to nogs. That’s why we locked the presale for 1 year. In Nouns we are full of props that got funded and run without any execution. We always executed and continued to expand our infrastructure and supporting communities, mandate after mandate.

What happened to all the nogs stored on treasury nouns? Did you have to withdraw the tokens and sell them for tax purposes?

The treasury nouns have 0 $nogs to avoid that anyone who would swap one of those Nouns would get the respective nogs. But those nogs have always been allocated to the dao. Since everything was already set and those nogs weren’t going anywhere else we were expecting to do that within Q1.

why has it taken you months to not send them then?

Because since the amount was already allocated there was no urgency to execute the tx immediately so we postponed the effective transaction for end the Q1. Obviously the situation was calm and positive at that time. Btw we are going to organise the tx these days. We are seeing if we can send the amount directly on mainnet or if instead we need to bridge it from Base. But I’ll send an update when everything is planned

"Obviously the situation was calm and positive at that time." you mean "Nobody knew we had dumped $350k worth of $nogs at that time" Did you sell the nogs from the treasury nouns? Where exactly did the funds come from that you sold? Because it wasn't your "team" allocation...
