If you can't influence the situation, just change your attitude towards it.
We all face difficult situations in life. It happens that we find ourselves in a situation that cannot be influenced in any way. It can take away your energy and exhaust you.
Is there a way out at such moments? Yes, and it would seem that it is quite simple.
If you can no longer influence the situation in any way, then change your attitude towards it.
Think of it as a lesson that you need to complete, or as a quest.
Your worries and stress will only make your situation worse. Change your vision, and you'll feel a little better. Look for advantages, they are always there. And focus on them, no matter how hard it is for you.
There are factors in the situation that you could not influence in any way, and the choice is yours: to whine and worry, or, according to Darwin, to adapt to the situation and become stronger.
