Has anyone here thought deeply about large payments? For example, why can I only send less than $10,000 via PayPal?

Yeah.  

Those are Maximums for individuals and corps to do online wires without additional approval. 

Anything above that normally goes thru additional checks and compliance. 

So a lot of apps that integrate with the traditional wire system keep max’s below that to reduce risk and checks etc from my understanding.

Still if I KYC, why can’t I send more than 10k to someone? Wouldn’t a tool like Bridge let me send as much USDC as I want to someone?

Then someone could technically receive that in USD? Someone just needs to build the front end. Now I kind’ve want to do it.
