Ethereum is more than "online" casinos.

Protocols without a meaningful product fail. If you build a protocol, you have to also show the usefullness See great examples: Farcaster (Protocol) Warpcast (product) Op Stack (protocol) Optimism Mainnet (product) Eigenlayer (protocol) Eigen DA (product)

Ethereum's biggest UX problem is not Account Abstraction or VM but the lack of native interop across rollups. Even with 7702 or 7561, the lack of interoperability will be the first problem that consumer-facing applications face.

Maybe a noob question, but can someone please tell me what the difference is between transaction ordering and sequencing? And where do preconfs fit?

I'm spending some time on Ethereum's rollups’ interop. Shill me the best articles & blog posts for Rollups Interoperability.

I think we need some "agile" improvements that directly affect users and Ethereum's security. For example, if we continue with 12-second block times and long finality times, rollups' interop will be impossible - until Beam Fork. If we continue with the same PBS implementation on the L1, block production will be centralized until 2029. Is this the best we can do? So, sharing the same vision for the endgame -Beam- and working for it is great, but postponing the all possible improvements to Beam is not I'm super happy with Justin's leadership and will do my best to contribute to Ethereum's success. I'm just afraid of Ethereum being bad while looking for the perfect. "Perfect is the enemy of good."

My personal opinions & first thoughts about Beam Chain. The idea is simple; - We have too many possible improvements on the L1 consensus. - However, we don't have any dedicated "paths" to move forward and get these improvements on the L1. - Beam gives an overview & possible paths to get needed improvements to ETH L1 consensus. The beam chain is an independent chain that works simultaneously with the Beacon. After getting all the improvements and tests done, the Beam chain will be replaced (or merged, idk how to call it) with Beacon. This refers to a "batched" subset of optimizations on Ethereum. The idea is great, and I'm sure ETH devs will execute it perfectly, However, the idea of continuing with the same Beacon chain until 2029 does not seem to be the best thing we can do.

I think it is because they wanted to be compatible with existing web3 infra: i.e. wallets, indexers and probably CEXes in the future.

Only a few are aware that Istanbul's Stock Exchange has an RWA-focused EVM blockchain that; - Is being validated by big banks (or financial institutions in Turkiye) - Is private (only the government can see the transactions) - has a product called BIGA, which is an onchain gold that Turkey's Treasury Bank issues. - Is live, and Turkish citizens can now use it on their mobile bank applications. The picture below is the diagrams that I used to explain why a ZK-based Rollup on Ethereum would be beneficial for bringing interop to their chain. https://takaschain.takasbank.com.tr/index-en.html

That’s why we decided to part ways. I still believe in Clave and its success, but it’s time for a new chapter in my career. I wrote the history of Clave from my perspective during my 20 months at Clave. We have launched an onramp integration that enables direct crypto purchases with fiat money. Soon, we will also launch offramp and credit card integrations. When we considered everything together, we realized my main skill set and Clave's domain were not fully aligned.

Now, Clave is also innovating on the offchain (traditional finance) side by talking and working with big companies, integrating on/offramps, and enabling new use cases for our user base.

Clave is still innovating the onchain side with features like ZK-Email-based recovery, decentralized usernames, session keys, and so on. However, the value that I could add was so limited on the onchain side because most of the research we did was already on production.
