Billions of dollars has not gone into ETH because of the past "regulatory uncertainty" around it as an asset. Now though, with the approval of the ETH ETFs, the market will rerate ETH based on a removal of this regulatory uncertainty. ETH is a commodity - just like BTC.

“why is scroll different than other zkEVMs” is a question i get often Scroll is the only bytecode-compatible zkEVM that supports ZK precompiles you can easily build ZK dapps, L3s, etc in addition to the usual seamless dev experience
