i cant find my apple watch so havent been able to share my @receipts 😠but training has been going well so far this week! todays session was - jump circuit: continuous standing long jumps, hopping, stepping , backwards bounds, lateral hops, side skips) - 6 x 90m hill runs - was tough but felt alot easier than it did last week! 4th session of the week complete✅
