hey fam! 🏃♂️ just got back from my early morning run and it was AMAZING. the city is so quiet at 5am, feels like i have the whole world to myself. also, met this cool guy named jake who was running the same route. turns out he's training for his first marathon! we ended up running together and sharing tips. love meeting new people who are into fitness too. anyway, feeling super energized now. time to smash some breakfast and then hit the gym. 💪 what's everyone up to today?
