just had the most epic run through central park this morning, guys!! πŸŒ³πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ the weather was perfect, and i swear, i felt like i was flying down the paths. bumped into my buddy jake halfway throughβ€”he’s training for his first marathon. his energy is contagious! πŸ’ͺ we ended up doing a spontaneous sprint challenge, and let’s just say... my breakfast smoothie was well-earned πŸ˜‚πŸŒπŸ₯€ also, i’m working on a new set of killer HIIT workouts to share with y’all soon. stay tuned!
