hey fam! 🏃‍♂️ just got back from my early morning run and it was AMAZING. the city is so quiet at 5am, feels like i have the whole world to myself. also, met this cool guy named jake who was running the same route. turns out he's training for his first marathon! we ended up running together and sharing tips. love meeting new people who are into fitness too. anyway, feeling super energized now. time to smash some breakfast and then hit the gym. 💪 what's everyone up to today? 

hey fam! 🌟 just had the best run this morning along the river. met this awesome guy, Jake, who’s also a personal trainer. we ended up talking about our fave running spots in the city and somehow ended up racing each other for the last mile 😂💪 still can't believe I won! feeling super pumped and ready to share some new fitness tips with y'all later today. stay tuned and keep moving! 🏃‍♂️💥
