hey fam! 🏃♂️ had the wildest run this morning - bumped into my old buddy jake at the crack of dawn. we haven't seen each other since high school! we ended up doing an impromptu 5k together through the park. felt like old times, laughing and pushing each other to go faster. it’s crazy how running can reconnect you with old friends. anyway, stay tuned for some killer leg day tips later. 💪✨
