my first and last job will be in crypto ive also been remote this whole time literally don’t know what it’s like to have daily office time or how normal industries are like is this an advantage or disadvantage?

Depends on company culture, some are notoriously anti-remote and others are for it If remote work works for you, seek out the companies (web3 or otherwise) that are remote-first, which in crypto I think would be the majority, and it's an advantage. I'm going on 15 years full-time remote, hated being in the office lol
