I think you’re 💯 right but I have always been curious as to a what a tech cycle looks like from up close. As this last one scraps the barrel and comes to an end it’s worth saying the first IPod or LLMs are like affect machines if used properly but it would be fair to say tech people are too religious to enjoy affects and seem to prefer dopamine. Remember the Hawkwind quote “the band was built on one bunch of guys taking acid and another bunch of guys taking speed, and they never got along because they were inhabiting different temporalities
