Leg day complete 🦵🏼 Did a hamstring/ glute focus today. As a boxer, I try to cross train as much as possible - at least 1-2 days in the gym to maintain muscle and some yoga here and there to help mobility as well. I think for any sport, cross training is so important.

I box 3-4 times a week, lift 1-2 times a week and depending on how much i box or lift throughout the week I’ll add a day of hot yoga in there as well!
