- 1. Capital Providers can claim MOR tokens 90 days after a deposit of stETH
 - 2. Capital Providers can claim MOR tokens 90 days after their last claim of MOR tokens.

Note: stETH withdraws are still available anytime after 7 days.

Correct. Looking at the on chain data there were a small number of daily claimers just selling MOR for higher than the stETH value they contributed. Morpheus should reward longer term Capital Providers & so the community went with a 90 day claim lock period for MOR. You can still withdraw stETH whenever post 7 days.
