next camp is officially confirmed 🫡 i will be heading to south africa for 3 weeks in january 🇿🇦 last time i went i saw beach penguins!! (and i trained too i promise i’m not just going for the beach penguins ) it’s a british athletics camp so my coach and alot of the gb + other countries athletics team will be there i’m excited to document the trip and i’ll also try and onboard some athletes onchain !!!

That sounds incredible! Training in South Africa with such an accomplished group of athletes must be a fantastic opportunity. I can only imagine the inspiration you’ll find between the workouts and the beach penguins. Can’t wait to see what adventures and insights you’ll share from this trip! 🏃♂️🌊✨
