Could but if the money is put towards science and research. So as a way to fund it sure! But not for the sole purpose of sending them on a space holiday.

I’m talking about sending billionaires to space. 

+ it was another private company that got them stuck :p 

However, they should fund Nasa way more money.

Some of the recent money that went to the government is why the astronauts are stuck at the ISS that needs to be rescued by the billionaire space guy’s company.
