Unbelievably pissed off at Figma right now All I wanted to do is install a custom font for my project but for whatever reason, they don't support Linux users which is baffling to me. Spent all morning trying to install third party clients which are buggy, broken, and don't work. I love this app and want to keep using it, but how can they neglect an entire section of their userbase who used Linux on a regular basis??? And no, I refuse to go back to Windows. F*ck Bill Gates. This is complete and utter horsesh*t

They don't support Figma on Linux? Can't you just run the mac version? They should in theory be the same. However Figma is browser based anyway so you could always just run it in a browser :)

Running it in my browser isn't the problem. The problem is that I have a very specific font I want to use that isn't included in their catalog and the only way to install it on Figma is to use their "font helper" that syncs it from my local machine. The only problem is that the font helper isn't supported on Linux and every 3rd party Linux port I've tried refuses to work. I'm just done screwing around with it. I've already wasted enough time.
